- Miscarriage: The topmost fear that soon-to-be parents experience is the fear of having a miscarriage. The first few weeks are crucial as most miscarriages happen during this time of the pregnancy. - Premature labor: Just like the fear of miscarriage, the fear of premature labor is pretty common in expectant parents.
