  1. Amber came out at the 25th anniversary celebration for GLAAD (The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation), in December 2010. She claimed in an interview with the website www.afterellen.com that her romantic partner was photographer Tasya van Ree, but they have since split up in 2012.
